Narrative exploration game Gone Home coming August 15

It's almost time for Gone Home. The storytelling exploration game from The Fullbright Company will arrive on  August 15 for $20, on Steam and its website.

Check out the trailer below If you're not familiar with the first-person looking-at-stuff genre. If it feels like BioShock but without all the guns and blood spatters, that's probably because its developers worked on BioShock 2 and its DLC expansion Minerva's Den before going indie in March 2012.

Years of atmospheric first-person shooters have conditioned us to expect a horror game here, but we're almost 100 percent sure Gone Home features no ghosts. Definitely no ghosts you'll be aware of.

I'm all for something different and it looks like it's going to be a 90s nostalgia fest if nothing else. It's just a little hard to get excited from the trailer though. Do you know if it'll get a UK release?
