Have the GBA games Megaman Zero 3 or Zero 4 in the cartridge slot to get those bosses in the game.

If the date is set to your birthday, you can talk to Sherry in Area C-1 and she will give you a birthday cake that restores 8 health points.

Competion Bonus
Beat the game on normal difficulty - Unlock the Hard difficulty.
Complete and save the game with both Vent and Aile on either difficulty. In a new game over the cleared game file and you can keep Model X after getting Model ZX.
