Wait for daffy to give you his third idea (light bulb). When he does, click on the third light bulb. Then you will see Bugs Bunny. This is when you close your DS. If you do it right, when you open it, you will see Daffy in a jungle claiming to be looking for a monster (I found this on accident and am having a hard time getting him to do it when I want to play it). You can close it like he says and play the "Find the Monster" game or leave it open and collect a coin.

Duck Dogers Mini Game
Poke Daffy four times and once on the head. Three cans of paint will appear. Drop the blue paint can on Daffy.
