Lead your people in New Little King's Story

Being king is a pretty sweet job, but it's not all fancy food and tax collecting. Sometimes you have to get off your royal butt and take your kingdom back from an evil Devil King, and maybe save a princess or two.

That's exactly what the young King Corobo is tasked with in New Little King's Story heading to the PS Vita. But he isn't alone, the little king has his loyal subjects to back him up. Corobo will lead his royal guard, Pikimin-style, into battle against The Nightmare, an enemy that has encouraged into the king's territory. But he must also use the diverse citizenry to clear paths, build bridges and develop his kingdom.

This is the second game of the franchise, the first Little King Story started out on the Nintendo's Wii. But the move does have a few advantages – the game uses the Vita's touch screen to allow players to round up cohorts and issue orders.

Look for this game sometime this summer or fall and check out the trailer below:

This is honestly making me consider getting a vita. I loved Little King Story so much for the Wii. Although, I'm not a fan of the switch to Japanese manga style but whatever.

It's Little King's Story and it was never downloadable on WiiWare. You're thinking of Square Enix's My Life As A King.

Whoops, I guess there are too many King Simulators on the Wii. Thanks for the heads up, I fixed this in the article.

I didn't know LKS was a downloadable Wii game. I had the disc version. Anyway, looks like I can put this game on my "Reasons To Get A Vita" list.
