It says Canadians can enter in this page, but the rules and eligibility form on the Facebook page specifically states that only U.S. residents can enter... Sadface.

Gah, I actually made a Facebook account to sign up for the last contest, not realizing you only needed to comment on the contest page and wait for their Facebook to get 60000 likes. Realizing my error, I promptly deleted the account because I hate Facebook. As awesome as that arm looks, it wouldn't be worth it to me to make another account. ;_;
