Fringe Production On Hiatus As John Noble Seeks Medical Attention

Just four days into production, work on the final season of Fringe has been put on a two-week hiatus owing to star John Noble (Walter) health, reports TVLine .

Thankfully, it doesn’t sound like anything too major: Noble will be treated for a previously existing sleep disorder that was aggravated by a hectic travel schedule in recent weeks. We wish him a full and swift recovery.

He apparently flew back to the States from Australia to attend the recent San Diego Comic-Con, then went straight to work on Fringe last Wednesday.

Filming is scheduled to resume on 7 August, and the Fringe premiere remains scheduled for Friday 28 September.
