I want to play as a Dwarf.

I would love for Elder Scrolls Online guilds to be relevant to other players. Like, you can actually pay a member of the Dark Brotherhood to take out an enemy for you, or trade with a Thief to get that one helmet you need to complete the set, or hire a Fighters Guild member to accompany you on a quest, or get a Mage to enchant your weapon for extra flamey goodness... Okay, this does open the door to serious griefing, but I think it sounds awesome and would be something no-one else has tried before.

Oh, and there should definitely be at least one Arena for PvP... Not saying that that should be the only type of PvP, but it should be included and would be awesome.

Another thing id like to see is the inclusion of a questline involving the dragon race, in which you can unlock a baby dragon companion, which can still breath fire but can only fly if its following you quickly. Have the baby dragon be as big as a common wolf, which is still really small. Also let one of the quests unlock the legendary sword dragonsbane, or some other draconnic weapon.

OTES:O would be amazing if it took place in all of tamriel. I'm an argonian at heart, and my friend loves morrowind, which is directly above black marsh, so id be able to visit him, and he could visit me this also means argonians would ACTUALLY be plentiful in an elder scrolls game. Unique items should also respawn for others to take, and player shops should be included so we can sell items we find and don't need, and we can buy things we need but can't find. I would also love to see a new race, Dragonkin, which is a mix between a dragon and some kind of human. There ability could be firebreathing or temporary flight, which can be used to get across large holes and move faster. Another kind of weapon that would be really fun would be a whip, which could be used in close to long range. Scythes would.also be fun, which would also always have soul trap. This is just what I want.

I couldn't agree more with the console statement. I play primarily on consoles, and would be a die hard player if this hits the console. I do, however, 1-up the challenge. Make it playable on PC/MAC/XBOX/PSN, but have all systems be able to interact with anyone on any system...

    IN COMPLETE AGREEMENT

Random events rock! Like the time I was on an assassination contract for the Dark Brotherhood and a dragon flew in out of nowhere and killed my target for me.

I pretty much want all of these too, save for a tiny qualm or two with the console crowd, or rather developers who pay more attention to them instead of balancing equally between them and PC/Mac gamers: Horrid UI and console-first priority. Both of these are the worst bits of console + PC/Mac games. In DC Universe Online, the UI just plain sucks because its made for a controller, not a mouse and keyboard. Please don't eff up the UI for us PC players. As for the focus on consoles, please quit spitting on us computer-using folk because you can. I'm looking at you, Zenimax, with your deal with Microsoft to make us wait a month for Skyrim DLC. The UI is naturally a part of this as well. If they do either of these I'll lose quite a bit of faith, especially if we hear about these problems before seeing the high points.

Forgot to say that I'm okay with PC/Mac and consoles working together, perhaps even sharing player bases, so long as either side isn't too heavily favored or ignored, and we can all play nice without stupid exclusivity deals, missing features, no connectivity between PC and consoles, and bad porting.

Concerning the voice acting. Why don't they use some kind of auto-tune algorithm to modify the waveform of the voices dynamically, using a single voice as basis? Add some random parameters to that, and every single character in the game can have an unique voice.

I would love to play in all of Tamriel, have open quests in each province and different jobs to be done. Each province should have an Arena where people from all over can join a team and fight the rival side. PvP would be fantastic too, but only when you accept. Play with friends and do quests, create clans and take control of certain areas and have clan wars. Skills should be seperate and easy to follow for those not into a true RPG experience. Switching from 1st to 3rd perspective would be great and also a deep character creater. That's just some of what it should have.

I guess it'd be nice if we'd see some of the mods people have been creating in the TESonline!Like riding different animals rather than horses, new armors, the possibility of a relantionship and stuff
  • winner2 - May 6, 2012 5:42 a.m.

Considering I never expected to see an online version of Elder Scrolls at all, this is kind of a shock. I don't think I'll get it regardless, however. MMOs used to be a long term time sucker for me.
  • euro2012 - May 6, 2012 4:21 a.m.

What the hell is this !! I am shocked
  • SpiritTemple - May 6, 2012 2:40 a.m.

I'm shocked that you said "It should come to consoles too" and yet didn't mention the Wii U, which many, including gamesradar, are saying seems prefect for MMO's. Anyway, I reckon TES:O could work, I'll be getting it on day 1.
  • gondarpwns - May 5, 2012 5:03 p.m.

    Expansion Pack: Oblivion
  • OddWoN ER - May 6, 2012 7:08 p.m.

i want to see an awesome, free-to-play mmo on xbox 360...
  • robotdickens - May 5, 2012 2:42 p.m.

I know you said all the races, but I want ALL the races, like playing as Daedra, cause that would be kick ass. They could make it like the Old Republic where you have different back stories for each race too. Also don't make me pay for it. The only reason I don't play many MMO's is because of that stupid Pay-to-Play shit.
  • lilbuddha - May 5, 2012 3:34 a.m.

"it should be on consoles too" NOPE. Unless the PS4 / Xbox Next have keyboards bundled, keep that shit away from consoles...on second thought...keep it away anyways. The PC barrier is the filter for the lower 50% of people in the world, ie: the most stupid/immature/lazy of the bunch. I'd rather not have the 12 year old redneck kid alternating between "YOURE A STUPID N***R" and "I'm going to sing my rendition of Lady Gaga" roaming the same lands as me. What I'd give for ESRB ratings to actually be enforced. /sigh
