Development on Driver: San Francisco slows down, delayed till 2011

Competitive Christmas market cited as main reason for the delay

If you were hoping to take Driver: San Francisco for a spin later this year, you’re going to have to wait until 2011. News of the game’s delay comes from Ubisoft’s Q1 fiscal results via CVG. The report cited “the competitive market at Christmas” as the reason for delaying the game’s release.

Expect Driver: San Francisco to release sometime between January 1 and March 31 in 2011.

    I already knew this was gonna happen, we might not see this for awhile if it gets pushed back as far as Splinter Cell Conviction

    @mdhammer well, it did say that the move will need to be charged up, so I don't think you're going to be able to constantly 'shift' all willy-nilly... :)

    i like the shift part but it makes you the player god, sound like that would become boring after an hour of gameplay.
