Bayonetta creator offers game commentary track

Shares

Bayonetta creator Hideki Kamiya takes his creations seriously. He once railed against the creation of a pornographic Bayonetta comic book, as he felt those who truly appreciated the game would never do such a thing. He's not particularly fond of Ninja Theory's take on his other famous creation, Devil May Cry's Dante.

Kamiya takes his games so seriously that he spent the past year recording an audio commentary for Bayonetta. Billing them as, “the inspiration, creation, and intent behind one of the most revered action games of all time,” Platinum Games released the first two parts of the commentary series that promises to span the entire game.

I think I'm actually IN love with Kamiya. Honestly, he gave birth to the two things I love more than anything in this world, Bayonetta, and Dante. I think I may the only one excited for the new DMC. Admittedly, it looks pretty much terrible, but it'll be fun to see how Dante transforms from a whiny pussyboy into the Dante we all know and Love. And Bayonetta... *drool*

They already have plans for Bayonetta 2 DLC... (http://www.qj.net/qjnet/news/bayonetta-2-confirmed.html). Wow do I hate game companies sometimes.
