Nintendo will broadcast a new Nintendo Direct presentation at 3pm PST/10pm GMT on Thursday. The presentation will include both Wii U and 3DS games, but that's about all we know, save the promise it's not an April Fools' joke.
Before we go any further, here's the stream, ready and waiting for when Nintendo goes live.
There's unsurprisingly no mention of the newly announced Nintendo NX yet, and it'll be interesting to see if there's any showing for the now delayed Wii U Zelda . So, what's likely on Nintendo's agenda? Splatoon's probably the next big thing on the way in May so there'll likely be plenty of that, while Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is out in America so that's probably done (even if it won't appear in the EU until May 8th).
3DS-wise there's Xenoblade Chronicles which has just come out, and not a lot else, leading to the usual speculation of what might be announced? A new Pokemon? Seems unlikely we'll see any of Nintendo's mobile ideas yet but there is always that Star Fox project that Miyamoto is working on. We know it's happening but haven't seen nor heard much of anything about it since E3 last year.
