Dynasty Warriors Next Dynasty Warriors
Tom Goulter

A new batch of screens for Koei's upcoming PS Vita battler, Dynasty Warriors Next, offer a look at the game's customization mode. This allows you a glimpse at the mode on which you'll spend several hours before fighting a single battle, as you struggle to ensure that your copy (and only yours) contains the perfect Three Kingdoms-era iteration of Macho Man Randy Savage. (Never forget.)

On the offchance that your interest in Dynasty Warriors leans more toward the chopping-dudes-up side of affairs, there's also a look at the game's Duels. Seasoned players will recognize these as the bits that come up when two Officers come head-to-head, which are paradoxically really easy unless you approach them on low health and with a good half-hour's unsaved playtime behind you – in which case, everyone on the bus is about to learn your favorite swears. Dynasty Warriors is part of the truckload of PS Vita launch games coming with the system Feb 22.
