A brand new trailer has arrived online for San Andreas, Brad Peyton’s disaster movie in which Dwayne Johnson attempts to save his daughter from the chaos caused by a devastating Californian earthquake.
“The earth will literally crack open,” says Paul Giamatti helpfully, as all hell breaks loose in this latest trailer, with buildings tumbling left right and centre.
Fortunately for Johnson, however, he has access to a helicopter and some of the niftiest evasive manoeuvres you could ever ask for from a pilot. Looks like he’s going to need them…

Directed by Peyton and co-starring Carla Gugino and Alexandra Daddario, San Andreas will open in the UK and US on 29 May 2015.
