November PC Gamer

Hot off the presses and hitting the newsstand today is the November issue of PC Gamer, chock-filled as usual with can't-miss content from our own kids down the hall.

Featured on the cover is the upcoming MMO Guild Wars Nightfall, and PCG dishes all of the lurid details of this second Guild Wars expansion, in addition to granting readers an exclusive in-game mission and pet.

Inside the "Shooters" section, intern-fo'-life Norman Chan gives us his hands-on take of team-based titan Battlefield 2142, with never-before-seen intel on the Verdun, Suez Canal and Cerbere Landing levels.

Even if you aren't a rabid fan of World War II games, or the strategy genre in general, you absolutely must check out the Company of Heroes spread inside the "Strategy" section. The Relic team has included some very helpful hints from their in-house game testers, and the article gives a closer look at what should be your next strategy game purchase.

All that, and a genuine "Hard Stuff" Editor Logan Decker fan club membership card on page 12. Sorry - member #'s 00001 through 00007 are already snatched up, but the rest are wide open.
