Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain seems unknowably huge, but people have been playing and/or datamining it obsessively for almost two weeks. Apparently its bounty of cutscenes, cassettes, and false endings hasn't quite been laid bare yet, as you can see in the new video embedded below.
Metal Gear community manager Robert Allen Peeler confirmed on Twitter that the hidden ending is legit, but that he'd impressed "if someone got this scene naturally, this early." As you might guess, it is chocked with spoilers - way more than that fun birthday Easter egg. You've been warned.

Still here? Alright, watch away.
That doesn't even begin to address all of the mysterious bits that may not be accessible in the game, like Kiefer Suther reciting the same list of Japanese train station names that have mysteriously recurred throughout the series. I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and was formerly a staff writer at GamesRadar.
