D'Qar

Carbonite Brick #1

We'll start off int the hangar at the top of the map to the east.

Use  lightsaber to cut through the glass behind the bar on the left.

Use a character unaffected by cold to go in and pick it up.

Carbonite Brick #2

Head outside to find the next one.

Next to the hangar entrance is a tank with a pool at the top. Use the boost ability to reach it.

Dive in with Ackbar to retrieve the brick.

Carbonite Brick #3 

Head south to the icon circled in red on the map above.

Use the BB-8 socket on the wall to the right in this hangar.

A hologram of a carbonite brick will appear to the left.

Use the force to draw it out from the ethereal plane into the realm of Lego.

Carbonite Brick #4

Make your way into the central hangar in the north.

There are double grapple plugs on the wall to the left.

Yank on them for the carbonite brick.

Carbonite Brick #5

Head to the hangar at the top on the west side of the map.

There's a pile of silver Lego near the entrance.

Blow it up and the brick is yours.

Carbonite Brick #6

The last brick is in the same hangar.

Use the BB-8 socket at the back to boot up the shooting range.

You have to shoot the target three times.

Once you've done that, the carbonite brick will drop. Hop over the barrier and go get it.
