Animation helmer Vicky Jensen is finally making the step into live-action movies with Four Christmases - a tale of one couple who have to spend the holidays trudging around four different parental homes in an effort to please the folks.
From the solid comedy stable of Spyglass Entertainment, who have overseen Bruce Almighty and Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy, the script was originally optioned by Sony but was left dangling in development.
New Line stepped in to rescue the movie, written by newbie scribblers Matt Allen and Caleb Wilson. Shooting is slated to take place this year for a 2007 seasonal cinematic release.
