How to have Christmas Day fun with Ring Fit Adventure

Here are some challenges to help you make the most of your time together on Ring Fit Adventure

With Christmas just around the corner, you’re probably already getting excited to spend the day with family and friends. But this year, why not add Ring Fit Adventure to your Christmas plans?

Nintendo’s excellent game is perfect for yuletide fun, getting everyone up and moving with minigames that all ages can enjoy. So whether it’s getting Grandma trying to glide down a wind tunnel in Aerochute or cajoling your younger siblings to see who can blow down the most boxes in Crate Crasher, there are plenty of minigames to try out over the holidays.

But why stop there? This Christmas, we’ve got some ideas that we think can add a little festive spice to your party games and first up is the family relay. Instead of taking each other on with Ring Fit Adventure’s minigames, why not try working together to get through a world of the main adventure. Everyone in the house takes a turn playing a level until you’ve made it all the way to Dragaux. Once there, everyone takes a turn in trying to best the buff baddie in the world’s final boss fight.

Or, if you fancy something a little more challenging, why not try some Blind Fitness. For this, the person playing Ring Fit  Adventure should look away from the screen - just make sure they’re in an area where they won’t have any obstacles - while their family tells them what exercises they have to do. Everyone takes turns then doing the exercise while looking away from the screen to see who can get the highest score.

Perhaps you’ll have your own ideas of how you can switch things up with Ring Fit Adventure! We can’t wait to hear how you’ll be merrily moving over the festive period and you can let us know what your plans are by commenting below.
