A new era of HyperX begins as as OMEN joins the family, with three big hitting gaming laptops
OMEN and HyperX unite, putting all your gaming needs under one brand
Two of the most trusted brands in PC gaming are joining forces as OMEN and HyperX come together, to provide an all in one solution to everything you could need. From desktops to laptops, monitors to headsets, mice, keyboards, microphones and more - it's all now yours under a one stop banner. The coming together of these two names is really showcased through three new laptops, the HyperX OMEN MAX 16 and HyperX OMEN 16 which are coming soon, and the HyperX OMEN 15 which you can buy now.
Let's start with the HyperX OMEN MAX 16, which is the world’s most powerful gaming laptop with fully internal cooling. That packs in a GeForce RTX 5090, the new Intel Core Ultra 200HX processor and an up to 2.5K, 16-inch 240Hz OLED display with a 0.2ms response time, to create a package with a Total Platform Power of up to 300w - a 20% increase against previous generations. It's a machine full of player-focused design touches, like a HyperAction 1000Hz polling rate keyboard (four times faster than its predecessors), an OMEN Tempest Cooling Pro system and OMEN Light Studio to personalize your lighting effects.
HyperX OMEN 16, on the other hand, is an equally impressive little brother to the Max. It includes a GeForce RTX 5070, with a Next-Gen Intel Ultra Processor, an up to 2.5K 165Hz OLED display (still with a 0.2ms response time) and a just as impressive 8000Hz polling rate keyboard. And, finally, there's the HyperX OMEN 15 that features a GeForce RTX 5070 and Intel Ultra 9, an up to 3K 120Hz OLED display (still with 0.2ms response time) and another HyperAction 8000Hz polling rate keyboard.
So that's OMEN doing what OMEN does best, just now as part of the HyperX family, but what about HyperX itself? Well, continuing what it does best, what about the HyperX Cloud Alpha 2 Wireless Gaming Headset? This legendary headset has a best in class 250 hours of battery life behind its multi-layer 53mm dual-chamber drivers, producing high-fidelity sound quality with minimal distortion, and HyperX NGENUITY spatial audio. Plus, it comes with the first reprogrammable RGB Base Station on a wireless gaming headset, giving lighting choices and an audio control hub with programmable buttons, macros, device switching and more, for an uninterrupted gaming experience.
It's two well known gaming brands doing what they do best. Ushering in a new era for HyperX and OMEN together, offering premium, top of the line gear to help you live your best gaming life.
