Five Nights At Freddys is getting a movie adaptation

Fans of terrifying animatronics rejoice (or despair if the idea of videogame films is scarier than a night alone in a pizza parlour ); Five Nights At Freddy’s is getting the silver screen treatment. Revealed by the Hollywood Reporter, the horrifying indie has been picked up by Warner Brothers to be converted into an hour and a half series of jump scares.

If you’ve managed to miss the delights of Five Nights At Freddy’s and its two sequels, you play as the night watchman in Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Parlour and have to keep an eye on fuzzy security cameras to avoid being attacked by various terrifying animatronic animals. It’s just as much fun as it sounds.
