Sewer
Head into the sewers (southwest corner of the map) during The Saviours story mission. Progress through the sewer until you reach a courtyard connecting the Slums with Old Town. The statue is sitting on a table in the courtyard.

Sewer Office
Head into the sewers (southwest corner of the map) during The Saviours story mission or any point thereafter. Progress through the first sewer section, the subsequent courtyard, and then the second sewer section. After emerging from the sewer, look for a shack to your left. The statue is sitting on a table in the shack.

Trailer, Antenna Region, East
Make progress in the story until you reach the Broadcast mission. When you get to the isolated region with the antennas, head east and look for a camper trailer. The statue is in the back of the camper.
