The full lineup for the 2013 Cannes Film Festival has been unveiled this morning, with Only God Forgives , the Coen brothers' Inside Llewyn Davis and Steven Soderbergh's Behind The Candelabra all set to vie for the Palme d’Or.
Roman Polanski, Alexander Payne and François Ozon are also among the host of storied directors also in the hunt for the top honours, while Sofia Coppola’s The Bling Ring is an eye-catching entrant in the Un Certain Regard section, alongside James Franco's As I Lay Dying .
Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby will raise the curtain on this year’s festival, with the film occupying the prestigious opening night spot. Jérôme Salle’s Zulu will play on the final night to bring the festival to a close.
