This doc sees actor Tim Plester return to his rural home to find out why grown men strap bells to their legs and hop around hitting each other with pig’s bladders.
Dipping into the dance’s ancient roots, skipping around a pilgrimage to a cemetery, shuffling past Plester’s reluctant attempts to step into his father’s clogs, it’s a meandering, idyllic and odd family history that feels like a sleepy Sunday walk in the country.
