Microsoft is unhappy with the ability to find content on Xbox Live Marketplace, 360 product management director Aaron Greenberg has put on record.

Another magazine has piped up to claim that the Xbox 360 motion controller 'Newton' is real, making the 360 Wii Remote look even more likely to happen.

Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter expects both the Xbox 360 and PS3 to shed $50 for the holiday shopping season, according to reports on his speech at the Electronic Gaming Summit.

360 - Xbox 360 - EA's PS3 software sales up 192%

For Electronic Arts, PlayStation 3 software led the way in terms of net revenue growth during the company's fiscal Q4.

On a GAAP basis, EA's PS3 software net revenues were $152 million, a year-on-year increase of 192 percent during the quarter ended March 31, the firm said in its earnings report. Xbox 360 software sales grew 56 percent, reaching $128 million, while lower-priced Wii software grew 108 percent to $75 million.
