Koei Ltd. today announced plans to release Samurai Warriors 2 on Xbox 360 and PS2 this September. After its critical and public success upon release in Japan, Samurai Warriors 2 is widely regarded as the definitive Warriors title. Building upon the best features of the series, it perfects what has gone before while adding remarkable new ideas into the mix to offer gamers the ultimate Warriors experience.
The second installment of Koei's Samurai Warriors game is set for release on the Xbox360. If you are a fan of Dynasty Warriors or any of Koei's RPG beat-em-up franchises, then you will recognize this game's style instantly. The graphics are more or less the same quality as in the Dynasty Warriors game that Koei released a few months ago for the 360. You can decide for yourself, though.
KOEI's tactical action game for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 2 will ship to North American retailers on February 27, 2007.
