To lob the keeper in season mode and in normal matches hold the L trigger and press B. It might be helpful if you shoot not to close to the keeper or you'll lob the goal. Practice and you'll soon find out how close to get.

Run Out the Clock

When you are playing a match and you are winning, get the ball and pass it to your defenders. Go in an area where none of the opposition are. Just stand there until the match finishes! If a defender DOES come for you (which is VERY unlikely) pass the ball to another team mate and do the same tactic.

Avoid Red Cards

When you know for certain that you will get a red card (you can check by looking on the team managment, if the player who has just done a foul already and got a yellow card and is walking up to the Referee then he will be sent off). Before he is actually shown the red card substitute the player.
