Dance Dance Revolution Universe

Also known as: DDR

DDR Universe will make you tired

Shake it, don't break it

Straight from Konami comes the umpteenth sequel to the public-embarrassment dancing sim, simply titled Dance Dance Revolution UNIVERSE for the Xbox 360, set for release on February 20th. Konami is wisely doing away with confusing sequel titles such as DDR2: 7th Mix, Extreme or Supernova, this time promising to universally appeal to everybody not afraid to hop around in their living room with its tutorial and Super Easy modes. Be prepared to put down your Wiimote, Grandma.

In addition to over 65 new songs, DDRU will feature nonstop mega-mixes designed to mirror continuous DJ mixes found only at the clubs. And if that isn’t enough dancing for you, then there’s also the Relay mode, Workout mode and online head-to head matches for those who can’t wait to strain their quadriceps.

The release is only a few weeks away, so get your ass to the bowling alley to practice, ‘cause you don’t want to get served when DDR UNIVERSE drops on February 20th.
