What game have you and your family bonded over?
If Wii lifestyle shots are to be believed, gaming is bringing families closer everyday! Unlike in our day, most parents are familiar with this little medium of ours, hell, some of your parents probably play stuff with you. Let us know what game has brought you closer to a family member in our forums and we’ll read them on the air next week.

Thanks for another outstanding show. I miss the old sound effects. Sorry Chris about your computer. Hope you have a back up hard drive somewhere. I could submit some impersonation of the sound effects through the voicemail if you want. Thanks also for showing me how games will really be played on the Ipad (in the bathroom)!

While this particular talkradar was a little lacking in games content- Chris's computer died so I can't blame you guys. I just appreciate the fact that you do one of these every week, since you really don't have to. But I do have to say that I loved the dream analysis, which is something you guys haven't done in like 30 t-dars. It would be great if you adopted that as a weekly segment.

Hey, I played "Heart of Darkness" on PS1. I thought it was pretty cool, but it got pretty difficult after a while, thus I never finished it. And it came with 3D glasses, though I'm not sure what they were for (maybe I never reached that point).
  • Ratsor - April 10, 2010 4:21 p.m.

Always looking forward to TalkRadar. Always quality. What CNN is to Daily Show, (Insert gaming podcast here) is to TalkRadar. Best part of my week.
  • AlpineGuy - April 10, 2010 4:12 p.m.

How was I able to look forward to the weekends before TalkRadar came along? Hell if I know!
  • GrandMoffBubbles - April 10, 2010 2:27 p.m.

This one is for Michael regarding the Spanish Civil War. I read a short story by Jean-Paul Sartre called "The Wall" a long time ago and when you mentioned the Spanish Civil War it reminded me of it. That's what you get for talking about history on the podcast. I also have an image in my mind of Brett at the helm of an old ironside "Ship of the Line" storming Guantanamo Bay and getting blasted by Chris in a Iowa class Battleship. Again, that's what you get for talking about history on the podcast.
