Seth Killian works at Sony Santa Monica, not at Superbot. This game shouldn't have failed. It was fun and surprisingly deep for a brawler if you really got into the mechanics of it. It's also just fun as a button masher. I was hoping they would get the chance to really polish the series. I doubt Sony will just let this brand die though. It seems like they could revive it a few years from now.

Accessibility - DmC Draw for MGR and GOW, Maybe you could say GOW wins but only because it's so shallow.
Depth of combat - Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance then DMC and far behind GOW.
Visuals - God of War: Ascension, next comes DMC and then MGR.
Gameplay variety - Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, draw for GOW and DMC.
Overall best, Metal Gear Rising, then DMC and far behind GOW.

1. The Makhai- Vicious spirits of battle
2. The Keres- Horrible personifications of death that live in jars. Perhaps Kratos breaks one and releases them?
3. The Karkinos- Basically just a Giant Enemy Crab. (hur hur) Or did Kratos already kill that in the beginning of 3?
4. Arachne- The Mother of Spiders
5. Erebus- The God of Primordial Darkness. Seriously, it doesn't get much darker than this.
6. Kampé- A she-dragon(look her up)
7. The Hekatonkeir- The Hundred-Handed Ones. Basically the precursors to the Cyclopes.

I really don't mind if there's another on the way. I don't remember where I heard it, but someone said, "if a game sells well it would make sense to make another." Not sure if that's the exact quote word for word, but the point is I love myself some good adventure/beat-em-up/slight puzzler games. Long as it plays well, I'd say milk away.

Loved the first God of war, liked the second and was a bit dissapointed by the third. Kratos was just a bald asshole, hating himself, hating his gods, looking for revenge and death to all who stood in his way. It was simple as that, and it was enough.
From GOW 2 they started adding emotions that I thought didn't fit the games.
And I really didn't understand what Athena was doing in GOW 3, she died in GOW 2 but somehow she gave kratos his new weapon in GOW 3 and she wanted what was inside the box at the end, so is she dead or not. And if she's not dead does that mean that none of the gods are dead?
