No, we didn’t hire a puppy. Nor did we steal him. BUT, we do have some new members on the team that you may not have met yet and we wanted to take this opportunity to introduce them to all of you. Some you may already know via our weekly RadioRadar podcast, but there are plenty of other hardworking team members that work diligently behind the scenes.

I actually don't mind the look of the new site as much as it seems some people do - but I was a fan of the old look, and I do miss it a little. Still, I'm personally okay with this new look, I'll get used to browsing it fairly quickly I'd imagine.

I know it probably won't make much difference to the people who run this site, but thought I'd wade in anyway, the more voices of dissent the better etc. etc. This new layout is CRAP! It's WORSE THAN WINDOWS 8!

personally, i looked at gamesradar everyday. i even had it set as my homepage! it was easier to view before the change. everything was in a straight line, it was flying senselessly all over the page, and it didnt hurt to read. since the change, i only view this page maybe once a week, if that, but i dread even typing in the url anymore because of the new layout. id prefer it if the old site were back instead of the overload of poor design choices, but unfortunately that probably wont be the case. i must mention the old phrase, "If it ain't broke, dont fix it!"

hey gr-team! i seriously seriously used to love this gaming-site, it has been my favourite information hub for 3 three years now. i cant believe whats happening now, this is not the gamesradar I used to love. never touch a running system, and if you do then upgrade in small doses. This re-design is too much to digest, like a slap in the face - and above all: its chaotic and simply not fun! i dont think we asked u to change this site, we were happy with the hilarious yet trustworthy content and articles. i do not who forced u to make these changes - fact is: the most important stakeholder for gr is the consumer, its us gamers.

I HATE this new layout! Too many different categories on one page, I don't know what's old and what's new, the various sized articles causes everything to look misaligned, the mini-comment sections are unnecessary, and pictures split up into multiple boxes look awful (Darksiders 2). The main pages are totally useless now and it's annoying that whenever i click on a sub-category (reviews) it takes me out of my specified console. This is complete garbage, fix it.

Ok so it has been a couple days and this site still seems confusing. Where exactly am I supposed to go to find new articles? Why do I have to search through multiple things in order to find the newest?

So now if I just want to do my daily check of the latest news of the day in gaming, I can't come to GamesRadar anymore, because that part of the site is now gone. It's been replaced by what looks like a huge mess of a collage of crap.

Technically you can still click on the "News" and "Features" links at the top to have them displayed as before but it's pretty damn ridiculous that instead of coming to the site and seeing what I want to see, I now have to go through different links to check the different categories. I don't even look at the home page ever now. So bad.

Yeah, pretty much ditto what everyone else is saying. This new layout makes no fucking sense. I want to read shit, not look at fucking pictures. Don't treat us like people who use OSX or Windows 8. We don't need giant fucking pictures to navigate through shit. Fuck.

Honestly I have to agree with many people here, I hate this new design. I have tried to give it a few days to grow on me and all it has done is show me that I care so little about the new site design that I will go to another site to get the information I want. Good-bye GR.

Well it's certainly different. I don't dislike it, and after a while I'm sure I'll get used to it. I have one good thing and one bad thing to say about it. I like the new horizontal navigation bar, but I think that trending discussions needs to move up.

I've been visiting this site ever since it was cheatplanet and I've dealt with all of the changes. Some were good, some were bad, but this is the absolute worst thing I've ever seen happen to the site. It's a completely different website now. It's lost what made it gamesradar (the old talkradar was amazing). I can't stand the redesign. I used to visit this site every day, but now I don't know if I'll even come here weekly. I'll probably only visit with the hope that it was changed back. Goodbye, gamesradar.

I like this layout more than the old since its more stuff on one page. My only problem is the side ad area is way too big, its like theres more horizontal space devoted to an ad than there is to content.

This site just isn't the same anymore. I miss the old TalkRadar crew. Chris Antista, Brett Elston, Mikel Reparaz and Tyler Wilde are four of the funniest people on Earth and things just aren't as good without them.
