I phone the hotline! I guess either I got it horribly wrong or my call was horribly garbled (also known as "getting it horribly wrong").
  • Vagrant - April 22, 2010 12:43 p.m.

Oh, oh...And he used to write softcore porn. I have made none of this up.

Roger Ebert is probably the most famous and prominent film critic ever. He even had a big TV show and wrote quite a few books. To the point where ANY film you look up on Wikipedia, it's acceptable to put Roger Ebert's opinion in the 'reception' section. Seriously, you can check that. But he is just a critic so those of us outside the states won't have ordinarily heard of him. (and who gives Fight Club a negative review? I mean really. That's like giving Heavy Rain a seven out of t-) Oh, he also has no jaw any more. And doesn't know anything about games. THE MORE YOU KNOW

Quality show. always enjoy the podcast more when Justin and Matt take part. Quite a few "champagne comedy" moments in this episode. Cheers.

I still need to call the hotline, both the UK and US one...
  • NorwegianKingOfNames - April 21, 2010 5:06 p.m.

And the question I was going to ask was absolutely mindblowing. Guess I'll save it for next week.
  • NorwegianKingOfNames - April 21, 2010 5:05 p.m.

That failed phonecall to the hotline was me, the Norwegian King of Names. I've no idea why it didn't work this time. Must be those notoriously terrible Norwegian phone lines. Anyway, I liked George's rant on Roger Ebert. MOAR RANTS PLZ.

My ears are in for a treat because I've just bought some new headphones for TalkRadar UK! (Well, they're not only for TalkRadar but you get the point...). I have to admit that while I've been tempted to phone or text your hotline, I've been too lazy to top-up my phone. Hopefully I'll remember to put some money on it for next week. :D

Great they post it as I have to go back to school for extra lessons! Hopefully there will be some interesting voice messages to the hot line though.
