At the end of last year we introduced you to AWOMO, aka the World's fastest game download service. It's still in public beta stage, which is a good thing because it means the AWOMO people are keen to get as many gamers as possible testing the service. And - as of today - they're doing that by offering Tomb Raider: Legend to download for absolutely free. Nice.

The AWOMO bods are confident that anyone using the service will be impressed. They boast that users with an 8Mb connection will be playing Tomb Raider: Legend within 11 minutes of starting the download. And they reckon that's 11 times the speed of competing services. So pretty fast.

What a load of rubbish. It keeps failing when i try to download the application, something about the sever being reset.
I think i'll stick with steam, at least its not a complete failure.
