Glad I saw it before Capcom dropped the legal hammer.
  • EnigmaSpirit - February 2, 2011 9:36 p.m.

But... I wanted to see it. The video is down... I has a sad. -.-

As if Akuma and Doctor Doom infused with the Power Cosmic weren't enough, the eater of worlds himself steps in to lay the smack down on the entire world at once. If only Pyron stepped up to the table for a great big cosmic food fight, everything would be perfectly delectable. To be fair,Galactus ought to offer to grant anyone who can best him in combat the power equivalent to one of his heralds if he isn't quite willing to start taking orders from an appetizer (if mortals wouldn't be more of a dish garnish). In gameplay terms, that would most likely mean unlocking a shiny new coat, increased attack damage, infinite super combo meters and no knock-back effect.

The perfect choice for a final boss fight. Strange that its not combined with a Capcom villain though...
  • BurntToShreds - February 1, 2011 5:39 p.m.

Eh. Not that shocking. I mean, I thought it would be some kind of Uber-Dormammu, but the fight with Galactus is gonna be way more badass.

Haha, he was probably planned by Capcom as a last boss ever since he was made for M.U.G.E.N. I like the EARTH-K.O. rofl

Pretty cool, I guess. As long as he isn't as retarded as the Abyss from MvC2. Yeah, he looked awesome in his 'first form', until he turned into a GREEN MAN THING and then a BIG RED DOG THING. And he spammed shit all over the place. Galactus looks pretty cool, but I still think Onslaught was the best boss.

Looks great, fantastic last boss. I'm leaning towards Mortal Kombat for my fighting game fix, but if MvC3 gets rave reviews I'll be tempted to pick it up

Cool idea for a final boss, hope it works out. I don't think I'll get MvC3 for the same reason as Ironarm, as well as money issues. And that I picked up MvC2 on Xbox LIVE and didn't really like it.

@ventanger thinking that it's doctor doom and Akuma at the same time, I don't thinkl it's a random 3 person team

Didn't we already know this? I'm pretty sure Galactus was found already.
  • sgloomy - February 1, 2011 3:33 a.m.

i'm excited about galactus being final but somehow a little dissapointed too. for one thing, it would have been great if the final boss could be unlocked as a playable character, i also always imagine galactus being much much bigger than this, like the characters would have to fight his fingers big!!!

Dante has taken on bigger guys than Galactus. ;)
  • talkraider - February 1, 2011 2:10 a.m.

    Looks fucking hard
  • Ironarm - February 1, 2011 2:05 a.m.

Sweet. Still not going to buy it though. Not my cup of tea.
  • RebornKusabi - February 1, 2011 1:56 a.m.

Knew about this for a couple of days now but this is still really badass. Instantly (at the time I heard it and even now) reminds of the Onslaught fight from the first MvC so I'm pretty intrigued. reCAPTCHA- ndicate rlyzyous (SERIOUSLY, on what f*cking PLANET are those actual words, you ROBOT!? >_>)
  • ventanger - February 1, 2011 1:54 a.m.

I think the first part was a "silver" version of a random 3 character team, so you have to take them out before facing Galacktoface.
  • NeoKef - February 1, 2011 1:46 a.m.

W00t! Hopefully its better than the fucking boss in MVC2
  • xXxBattousaixXx - February 1, 2011 1:41 a.m.

Nice...what was the first part of that fight?
