Feeling down about Nintendo's E3 conference? Don't be glum - watch this Pikmin 3 trailer and be happy!

Feeling a little down after Nintendo's stupendously flaccid E3 conference? It's understandable. We all had such high expectations. Lovely magical dreams of a conference wonderland filled with lots of reasons why Wii U would be brilliant and we'd love it and go skipping down the street merrily whistling the Lost Woods tune. But never mind guys. Let's not be down about it. At least there's Pikmin 3. So turn that frown upside down and watch the Pikmin 3 trailer:

Those Pikmin. They so happy.

This is as good as an HD Zelda or Galaxy or Retro anything... I mean it does look pretty cool and all but still, I just knew there was going to be some major bombshell to blow everyone away. That bombshell ended up being Nintendo Land which will be fun for the first 2 hours you play it and then you won't even remember it after 2 months. I'll still get a WiiU but I'm not gonna be lining up in the cold for 12 hours to get it.

Personally, Project P-100 is what made me happy-happy.

This. This is my reason to buy a Wii U. For the beautiful and wonderful Pikmin.

Sixth!... No one cares! Serously, they needed Smash Bros. That could have saved them. Pikmin 3 cannot be the only good thing.

Pikmin 3 looks seriously lacking from what I expected. I thought within so many years they would have made leaps of improvements and innovative idea's. Yet what was shown was a small graphic update, rock pikmin, 4 person time trails? I love pikmin 1 and 2 like the next guy, but I can't say that I was "blown away" by it. Wii U's launch lineup is not that great.
