New locations, maps and treasures on tap for next month

You can soon add 'search for untold riches' to your Pip-Boy 3000's to-do list. Publisher Bethesda revealed details yesterdayfor 'Dead Money,'thefirst DLC add-on for Fallout: New Vegas. Itlooks to bea good ole fashioned treasure hunt for the holidays.

AnXbox LIVEexclusive, the new content will pair players with a band of motley wastelanders in search of the 'legendary treasure of the Sierra Madre Casino.' It will also expandthe epic RPG experience with new places to visit, fresh things to kill and more morally ambiguous situations to navigate

It will be interesting to see if Dead Money picks up immediately after the events at the end of New Vegas or if the first DLC will takeGTA IV'sLost and the Damned route and introduce a whole new character entirely. We contacted Bethesda for a better idea of what to expect, but have yet toreceive any further clarification.

Dead Money arrives December 21st for 800 Microsoft points (or roughly 1200 caps).
