Lol god no. Capcom can't make a game worth shit, if their life depended on it. Dino Crisis was already ridiculous when they COULD make decent games, wishing it to come back is just irresponsible.

Surprised that despite it being shown on the last page, no one mentioned Lunar. One of my favorite series, and I'd love to see something new made, instead of more and more remakes/ports/touch-ups of Silver Star.

Should rename this: Classic franchises that have 0 chance of coming back.

Tenchu: Well if Ubisoft keep refusing to do a Japanese Assassin's Creed then surely Tenchu's time is now? There is so much AC fan clamour for that setting that Tenchu has a ready made audience/market to sneak in and steal from under Ubi's nose! Zone of the Enders: Imagine Kojima's Mechs running on PS4? drooool. Black: Same as above really. remember the particle physics and destruction of this on PS2? What could those dudes ring out of a PS4? Matrix:Path of Neo: A new storyline would obviously have to be concocted - but a Matrix game on PS4 with the same blistering control scheme as the underrated PS2 game would seriously rule. The only third person game I've ever played with a control scheme the handles punches, kicks, evades, jumps, melee weapons, gunfighting controls and bullet time (obvs) in one amazing fluid contextual system. HALF LIFE!

All great games on the list. I'd love to see a Legacy Of Kain entry that goes back to what made the original one so great: amazing mosphere, Zelda-like gameplay, gripping story. Also, COLONY WARS and G-POLICE were two amazing futuristic vehicle shooters that have largely been forgotten. The former had beautiful visuals, an epic musical score, and great spaceship shooter mechanics. And the latter, while not as technically polished, was a novel take on the vehicle/shooter genre with some very challenging levels.

Most of those haven't aged well and should stay in the past. I will agree that ATL and Dark Cloud would certainly be good choices though.

    Crash Bandicoot?

    Legacy of Kain, anyone?

Fear Effect and Vagrant Story would definitely get my money, and my wife would like Dino Crisis and Project Zero (Fatal Frame) to come back next-gen :)

Agree on the first two, indifferent on the third and, unfortunately for Sony, Nintendo holds the rights to Fatal Frame now, from what I understand. I'd like to add Star Gladiator (weapons fighter before Soul Calibur that may have been the basis for it) and SKULLMONKEYS!

a underground style tony hawk would make me happy! with out that stupid motion controller or maybe even as an optional add on?
