BioShock Infinite trailer tears down Columbia

BioShock Infinite has heady thoughts on religion and politics, and it also has big guns and freakish-superpower-bestowing elixirs. Take a wild guess at which one this trailer, called "The False Shepherd," is about.

Protagonist Booker DeWitt looks like he has his wetwork cut out for him, and soon we will, too. BioShock Infinite will hit PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on March 26. At least we'll have its DLC lineup to wean us off years of BioShock anticipation after that.

I'm really pumped for this, just went back and replayed bioshock 1 and couldn't believe how much fun comboing plasmids and amped-up guns still was. Literally could not be more excited

That's one effective teaser. Reminds me of Bulletstorm, maybe it's the color palette. One gripe: usually I'm not one to complain about tube overdrive, but I think they should have coupled the trailer with more era-appropriate music.

Weeeell.... Considering that even the music in the universe might not even be era-appropriate itself, I don't have that big an issue with it. (Minor possible spoiler: There's an example of a barbershop quartet singing a Beach Boys song... which was from the 60s... so yeah, make of that what you will.)

I think that has something to do with the whole "tears" thing

Yeah, that'd be my guess, but I'd rather not speculate further till we can play the game! XD
