How about Zelda? They can call it.....The Legend of Link.
  • J-Fid - December 5, 2012 5:48 p.m.

Zelda got her game. Unfortunately for her, it was made by Phillips...
  • shawksta - December 5, 2012 9:56 p.m.

You got that right. It was so terrible, it looked like Zelda was a giantess, but no, it was their crappy version of a top down view.
  • shawksta - December 5, 2012 9:58 p.m.

My bad, the one i was refering to was ANOTHER game with Zelda as the protag

I could not agree more that HK-47 deserves his own game.

How about sparx from spyro? Or the gobbos from croc could be like croc's version of the toads.
  • slimjim441 - December 5, 2012 4:36 p.m.

How about Garrus or Mordin from Mass Effect? That could be fun being an STG agent or a C-Sec officer who doesn't play by the rules, right? And nobody wants a game starring Roll; isn't there already a 'Cleaning Mama' game that all them 5 year old girls can play? If anything, gives us a MM game starring Proto Man.

And I'd like to see some expansion of H-L where you play as Alyx. That could be fun. Or another Blue Shift where you play Barney again. But I won't have any of it until I get my Half-Life 3.

raiden from metal gear solid he has proven his worth in mgs2
  • slimjim441 - December 5, 2012 4:38 p.m.

You may have heard of a little game called Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance coming out next year.
  • Tjwoods18 - December 5, 2012 6:06 p.m.

I think he is referring to orginal (pre-cyborg) Raiden
  • slimjim441 - December 5, 2012 6:25 p.m.

I just realized it's irrelevant anyway; MGS2 is Raiden's game. Maybe not fully; there's that 30 min tanker segment with Snake, but the rest of the game is all Raiden.

I think that Ramon from Professor Layton and the Curious Village deserves his own franchise. The Ramon Chronicles it could be called.

I don't mean to all out assault you on the Wheatley comment, but Wheatley was the absolute star of Portal 2. He was the centre of near all the humour that gave the game such incredible game feel - from being introduced to him, to seeing what he becomes and how you respond to him. His stupidity allows the plot to continue, and without him there wouldn't be a Portal 2. The only other thing is that there was a pleasant Bristolian feel about him, not even an English one, yet alone including all of Britain in there. It may be small, but it varies so much from region to region that each main city tends to dislike one another! Other than that nitpicking, good article, just could not resist saying something. Sorry!

"killing off Freeman in the first 10 minutes? Once players got over the shock, we think they’d ultimately appreciate a hero that can speak for herself." Link can't speak for himself, how would like it if he just died? For shame Henry, how could you just kill silent characters at a time where we need more of them! As for the Toads, they could appear in a game that would play similar to Kirby Mass Attack.

"Super Mushroom Kingdom" - a SimCity/tycoon/tower defense game featuring the Toads. Build up the city, host fantastic events for the occasional visits by foreign leaders and nomads, and defend the city from frequent Bowser invasions (at least until Mario wakes up). Somebody needs to make this happen.

"[Sully's] age and constant smoking stretches the believability of his ability to have adventures..." Never gave Snake any trouble.
