The name given to a human, animal or object possessed by a demon. The term “Deadite” is so strongly associated with Evil Dead that the official fan site refers to fans as Deadites. Signs of said subjects turning into a Deadite are: projectile vomiting, levitation and voice throwing, amongst other things.
