Fans are gearing up for this month's Warhammer Adepticon livestream, and now that it's confirmed to be happening on March 25, 2026 at 8PM CDT (or 1am GMT on March 26 for UK folks), everyone's scrambling to pick apart the announcement teaser for clues. Because yes: there are a lot of hints at what's to come if you look hard enough.
Most of these reveals can be found as patches on host Adam Troke's biker jacket, and it's a very similar approach to the teaser ahead of the New Year Preview back in January. If anything, this one seems even more crammed – even from a cursory glance, I've already spotted everything from Blood Angels heraldry and Ork Speek Freek insignias to Sylvaneth banners. Because of all the game systems confirmed to be included in the Warhammer Adepticon livestream (Warhammer 40K, Age of Sigmar, Horus Heresy, Kill Team, and Warhammer's answer to the best board games, Underworlds), it looks as though it's going to be jam-packed show.
It feels as though the next edition of 40K is a throwback to old lore with the wartorn world of Armageddon, so it may be worth swotting up on the setting via Warhammer 40,000 The Ultimate Guide (currently $25.68 at Amazon instead of $45).
The resident Warhammer fans here at GamesRadar+ have been poring over the teaser with a fine-tooth comb, and I've listed everything we've spotted so far… including what it might mean. Add these to your bingo card for next week!
- Bikers, Speed Freeks, & Orks: Seeing as host Eddie Eccles was painting Orky bikes at the beginning of the teaser, Adam Troke rocked up on a motorbike, and many of his jacket patches featured logos for the high-speed Ork clans the Evil Sunz and Speed Freeks, I think we can safely say that vehicles will be a big part of the show. (Y'know, just a hunch.) Maybe we'll get a revamp of the most bike-y Ork of them all to lead the pack, Wazdakka? It seems more than plausible. I do wonder whether we're due a revamp of the existing Space Marine Outrider kit as well, perhaps for a more customizable set.
- Blood Angels: It's been rumored for a while that the Space Marine Chapter frontlining the next 40K edition's box set won't be Ultramarines as per usual. Instead, it'll be the vampiric Blood Angels – and their insignia appears a few times on Troke's jacket. This certainly adds fuel to the fire, and I wouldn't be surprised if the upcoming Kill Team season utilizes both Blood Angels and Orks to tie in with that match-up as a result.
- Solar Auxilia: Look closely and you can see a patch for the Solar Auxilia, the human armies of the Imperium at the time of the Horus Heresy. I think it's safe to say that we'll be getting reinforcements for them, or a range refresh, as of next week.
- Cities of Sigmar: The human faction from Age of Sigmar makes an appearance on Troke's jacket as well, so I presume we'll be getting new models for that army as well. Considering how it only launched a few years ago, it's likely we'll be getting a few extra units or heroes rather than anything more substantial.
- Sylvaneth: There's a sickle-like symbol on a patch at Troke's back, and it's reminiscent of the Wood Elves… but seeing as there's no Old World at the show, I assume this must be for the Sylvaneth instead. A new, floral model was recently unveiled for the faction, so maybe more are on the way? Perhaps they'll be the Underworlds faction from the show?
- Steel Legion, maybe: The other patches are harder to discern. The one opposite the Sylvaneth symbol could be a new Steel Legion logo, which would make sense considering how the group is closely associated with Armageddon (the planet we know we're returning to thanks to this week's Commisar Yarrick trailer). Eccles is also painting in front of Imperial war machine figures, something the Legion is known for using. Is this a stretch, or could the Legion be getting a revamp? A redesign would certainly help differentiate them from the existing Death Korps of Krieg, which the old version is very similar to.
There are other symbols there, of course, including some that I don't recognize, so it seems like secrets aplenty are still waiting for us next week.
Is there anything we missed? Something in particular you hope gets shown off? Shout about it in the comments below.

I've been writing about games in one form or another since 2012, but these days you'll find me managing GamesRadar+'s tabletop gaming and toy coverage (I spend my time here handling everything from board game reviews to the latest Lego news). I've also been obsessed with Warhammer since the 1990s, and love nothing more than running tabletop RPGs like D&D as a Dungeon Master.
