totalfilm.com are big fans of director Christian Alvert, the man behind the sublime Antibodies , and we've been excited about his latest film, Pandorum , since it was first announced.
Since the trailer debuted we haven't really been sleeping all too well, and now after viewing this clip, we don't expect to catch any zeds for the rest of 2009...
Featuring yet another soild turn from Ben Foster ( 3:10 To Yuma , 30 Days Of Night ), the clip also gives us the first glimpse of the film's big bad, though still no explanation as to what it is or from whence it came...
For the uninitiated, Pandorum follows two crew members of a deep space mission, Lt. Payton (Dennis Quaid), and Cpl. Bower (Ben Forster), who awake to a pitch black ship with no memory of their mission, each other or themselves...
...and then find out they are not alone on board.
The film is released in cinemas on October 2nd, though you probably won't be able to take the sofa with you.
