How genetic scientist Vicky thinks Ring Fit Adventure helped her climb Mount Snowdon

By GamesRadar Staff

Vicky explains how Ring Fit Adventure helps her get moving after a long day

We’re talking to real people who use Ring Fit Adventure every day for various reasons and in this latest instalment, we’re talking to genetic scientist Vicky who has been using the game for years now.

Vicky tells us how her job can be quite demanding, especially when it comes to work that can be mentally draining, which is where Ring Fit Adventure comes in. After a long day, she knows she can turn to Nintendo’s fitness gem and get the physical workout that she doesn’t get with her job, while giving her brain time to rest.

This has added benefits for the real-life adventures she goes on as well. Last year, Vicky and her husband went hiking up Mount Snowdon in Wales, going up the hardest trail in 3 hours with ease. Vicky credits the way she was able to tackle this mammoth effort by incorporating Ring Fit Adventure into a wider healthy and balanced lifestyle, with the game helping her develop the muscles and stamina she needed to take on that walk.

Now it’s time for another challenge, and in Vicky’s case, it’s to take on Dragaux. Her task is to see if she can put the body building obsessive in its place at the end of world three. For your task though, we’d like to see you beating Dragaux in whatever world you’re currently playing in. So whether you’ve just started on your fitness journey or are taking on Dragaux, send us clips of you besting the purple beefcake in a Ring Fit Adventure boss fight!

Be sure to head back to GamesRadar to see more stories of real people using Ring Fit Adventure.
