Act V - Desperation 

Comedy of Errors 

COG Tag 28

After passing under the road section with a Brumak on top, you'll emerge in a park area with an open gate directly in front of you - go around the gate to find this tag in the undergrowth behind it.

COG Tag 29

Once you defeat the Seeder in the theatre and move through the car park beyond, you'll reach a stairwell where you need to head up - go down instead to locate the tag around the corner on the lower level.

Jurassic Proportions 

COG Tag 30

When you fight the Brumak, run to the far right end of the area from where you enter, to spot the red emblem and find the tag behind cover.

Train Wreck 

COG Tag 31

After Jack cuts open the door to the train carriage, enter it then look immediately on your left by the doorway for the tag.

COG Tag 32

When you reach the carriage with chain guns on the roof, look at the far end of it on the right hand side to collect the tags before climbing the ladder.

COG Tag 33

After fighting off Wretches dropping from the ceiling and moving on to the next section, you'll release some tanks off the side of the train to reveal a red emblem behind them. Turn around at the end of this carriage and enter the corridor then open the door at the end to find the final tag.

At this point you should have found all 33 COG Tags and unlocked the For The Fallen achievement - congratulations!
