Big changes are coming to World of Warcraft, including the addition of the community's most requested feature to make playable housing available for the first time, which launched in Early Access on December 2, 2025. You'll be able to build a home in your zone of choice, which you can then customize with options unlocked by completing quests, earning achievements, and more, while also learning new crafting recipes for furniture and decor through your profession so your home can be designed in any way you like.
To celebrate this significant update, the Azeroth Homes estate agent pop-up is opening its doors in London's East End on January 30 and 31 from 10am to 6pm each day, with free entry and no advance sign up required so everyone is welcome to visit. This will be the world's first real life estate agent for World of Warcraft's new virtual properties, and while it may appear to be a standard agency from the outside, once you enter you'll find yourself in a fully immersive Azerothian environment where influencers, creators, and the WoW community can come together and discover more about the exciting development.
Here you can view virtual properties in desirable locations such as Razorwind Shores or Founder's Point, buy your first house without a mortgage, then experts will be on hand to guide you through the best way to build your own home. Pick a building plot in a neighborhood surrounded by friends and guildmates, and work together to make it the best place to live in all of Azeroth.
The Azeroth Homes estate agent pop-up is situated on Bethnal Green Road in London, which is a busy stretch in the fashionable area between Shoreditch High Street and Cambridge Heath Road. There are plenty of transport options to get there, with nearby stations including Shoreditch Overground, plus Liverpool Street, Old Street, and Bethnal Green Underground that are all within easy walking distance.
This estate agent pop-up will feature a cosy corner inspired by the game to experience Player Housing IRL, along with a series of exclusive creator‑led events over the two days, which are sure to be of interest to players in the World of Warcraft community. On Friday, January 30 you can join several prominent WoW Streamers for sessions, including AnnieFuchsia leading Community House Tours of standout builds while offering top tips on how to make your house a home, followed by Taliesin and Evitel hosting The Great Housing Showcase stream featuring deep‑dive creator commentary on Player Housing with special guests.
Then on Saturday, January 31 there will be a Developer Meet and Greet session featuring Maria Hamilton (Design Director) and Jay Hwang (Principal Artist – Housing), where attendees can have items signed and meet some of the team working behind the scenes on Player Housing, before Content Creator MrGM presents Building Azeroth Homes (In Azeroth) in which he will guide you through building this estate agent pop-up in game to showcase creating from the ground up. GamesRadar+ will also be in attendance, so we'd love to see you there!
Make sure you get down to Azeroth Homes if you can for an in-person experience of the new Player Housing feature, so you'll be ready to build your house in World of Warcraft and make it home sweet home.
