The highest-ranking Brutes seen so far, similar to Tarturus in Halo 2. Brute Chieftains, like Captains, command groups and are often seen carrying Hammers similar to that of the Tarturus' "Fist of Rukt." Intricate armor means these guys mean business... and will be heavily protected, to boot. Obviously.
