The star of the new Evil Dead , Jane Levy, plays Mia. Jane had previously starred in TV series Shameless and Surbagatory . She featured in Forbes 2011 30 under 30 who are “reinventing the world” list. She’s the scared-looking lass in the picture below and you can watch her in action in the pretty gory (and NSFW, you won’t be surprised to learn) new Evil Dead featurette above.

Evil Dead , the new terrifying new version of the horror classic, hits UK cinemas on 19 April. It stars Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Jessica Lucas and is directed by Fede Alvarez.
