A solid week of new games kicks off the summer release calendar! Highlights include Ninja Gaiden II (Xbox 360), GRID (PS3, Xbox 360, PC), LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures (Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, PSP, DS, PC), and a few other gems.
Recently a demo for LEGO Indy released on the PC but the publisher has confirmed that there isn't going to be a console version.
The folks over at Xbox360achievements.org have revealed the full list of achievements for the upcoming title LEGO Indiana Jones. The game features the standard 50 achievements for 1000 points and seems to cover all the bases for the gameplay within the game. Eighteen of the achievements, all worth 10 points apiece, will be received as you complete each of the missions in the game. Those who go for all of the achievements will have to receive 100% in the entire game, including unlocking all characters, collecting all artifacts, and mailing all parcels. VG247: Activision just put out a Lego Indiana Jones fact sheet that claims more than 60 characters are playable in the game, including Marion Ravenwood, Short Round, Rene Belloq, Willie Scott, Marcus Brody, Jones Senior and Mola Ram.
MCV: Though many of the release dates to emerge from last month's Play.com Live have proven unreliable, the date hinted for Lego Indiana Jones has been confirmed ¿ with the title is due for release in Europe on June 6th.
London consumer show Play.com Live has given a Lego Indiana Jones Europe date as June 6 in a press release, the first mention of a specific date. The game has been confirmed as a June 3 release in the US.

The flash game undoubtedly plays in no way like the retail version, but it offers a peek at the aesthetic one can expect from the upcoming title. The link below will take you directly to the game.
"'LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures' will feature the user friendly drop-in/drop-out two-player cooperative feature that players have come to know and love," the game's producer, Shawn Storc, said to MTV Multiplayer in an e-mail provided by LucasArts public relations. "However, we are not expanding this feature to a higher player count. I certainly do apologize for any confusion that has arisen; we must have been in a LEGO induced haze at the Collector's Party."
LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures will support up to four player co-operative play on console versions of the game, LucasArts has revealed. While the puzzles are designed around two player co-operation, up to four characters can journey together through eighteen levels parodying the original movies. The game will focus more on adventuring and puzzle-solving than the action-orientated play of the previous LEGO Star Wars titles. ...
