What is your favorite boss fight of all time?

    Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword had some good boss fights, however, the one that topples them all in memorability and Originality is Koloktos. First off, its easily the creepiest(Ghirahims more disturbing) boss. Dark energy in a Golden Golem that wields blades and sounds like an auto-tuned child, yeah. As if pulling its hands right off with the whip and slashing its Weak point wasnt already awesomely satisfying, its second phase has it grow legs, caging its weak spot and wield Giant Swords in all 6 six hands and goes in a fury. To which after pulling its hands right off again, REQUIRES you to grab its own giant swords and SLASH THE LIVING F*CK OUT OF IT to break the cage and hit its weak spot. Whats so satisfying about it is that you are Literally destroying him with his own weapon, which link exaggerates how heavy it is, and the interaction was flawless, you can slicehis hands and legs off and leave him helpless while you destroy that damn cage thats blocking his weak spot and DAMN, it just felt so satisfying. The battle itself was also long which also contributes to it. I have lots more memorable bosses but i just have to highlight Koloktos, he never gets the mention.

    I wholeheartedly agree with you on this one (I even finally caved and made an account on GamesRadar to let you know!). It was especially awesome for me because I only had one heart left (and no fairies or potions) by the end of the fight. I'll never forget it.

    This is a hard one I will list my faves Dark Souls- Bell Gargoyles: Fighting on top of a building, 2 enemies of stone, great view. FFX-Jecht: I got into the game and killing your dad would be so hard. FFX-Lady Yunalesca: She is in multiple Final Fantasy games, Sexy, Evil, Medusa...really really hard if you don't know what your up against. FF8-Adel: Same thing except a hideous sorcerer and killing your woman. AND you can't leave once you enter. Also hard if you depend on GF's. FF8-Ultimecia: she shatters you out of time and out of the battle, she is the Ultimate villain. FF7- Terrible game in my opinion, but what a bamf boss. Multiple fights with a one winged angel. Yes ff games tend to have the best bosses because of the STORY that all games lack today.
