Monday 16 October 2006 Delayed so that EA Tiburon - the creator of the Madden American football series - could get its heads around making the most of the game's massive Metropolis and supercharged hero, we're quietly hopeful that it's cracked it... if only because Supes has suffered some pretty lousy games in the past (N64's Superman 64 being a particularly low point) and we'd love to see Big Red get the game he deserves. We'll have more on Superman Returns: The Videogame as it rockets back into the atmosphere to make an end-of-year appearance.
We've been waiting for Superman since he missed his original date with the consoles back in June and now, finally, EA has provided a Daily Planet's worth of Xbox 360 shots to remind us he's still out there.
