Razzie nominations revealed

Though we’ll argue 'til we're blue as a smurf that 2009 boasted some fabulous filmic fare, we can’t deny that there were some right stinkers as well.

Lucky for us (and you), that’s exactly why the Golden Raspberry Awards exist. Well, they’ve just gone and announced their nominations for this year’s ceremony, calling 2009 a “banner year for bad movies”. From the look of this lot it’s hard not to agree.

Worst Picture noms include Michael Bay’s celluloid headache Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen , Will Ferrell’s prehistoric blunder Land of the Lost and Travolta’s Old Dogs (below).

Meanwhile, Ferrell is joined by Eddie Murphy ( Imagine That ) and Travolta again for Worst Actor of 2009, while poor old Megan Fox earned herself a Worst Actress finger-point for Jennifer’s Body and Transformers 2 , alongside Sarah Jessica Parker for the abominable Did You Hear About the Morgans?
