If you have network mode then crate a cast character and give him/her Raptor armor. Take it off and sell it to any store for around 80000 dollars. Put the money into the box that lets you transfer it between characters - save and repeat by saving over the same data as many times as you like.

In order to unlock EXTRA MODE, you must have the full game. Play story mode until you get to the 6th chapter. Then the game will give you a notice of unlocking EXTRA MODE.
